What’s the smallest size painting I can order?
10” x 7” is Ruth’s usual minimum. That’s roughly equivalent to A4.

What’s the largest size painting I can order?
For drawings and watercolour paintings, A3 is the current maximum (14” x 10”). For oil paintings Ruth’s largest size is usually 40” x 30” – that’s a little over 3 feet high! Larger canvases may be negotiated by special request.

My watercolour seems smaller than A4 or A3. Why is that?
The drawings and paintings are made on paper that has been treated and stretched to prevent buckling when wet paint is applied. As a result of this process, a small border around the paper can become damaged. This part is trimmed off.
